🚨 Order Issues: Damaged or Missing Items

📦 Damaged Goods & Items Not Received

We take great care to ensure your order arrives promptly and in perfect condition. However, on rare occasions, items may be damaged in transit or go missing while with our delivery partners. We understand how frustrating this can be and will work quickly to make it right.

To assist us in resolving the issue:

📸 Please keep photos of any damaged items.

🧼 Hold onto the damaged goods until our returns team advises on next steps.

📦 When returning items, ensure they are securely packaged to prevent further damage.

📮 We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as we cannot refund or replace items that do not reach us.

🚚 Return Shipping Costs

We will cover return shipping costs in the following cases:

Items were sent in error

Goods arrived damaged

Products are faulty

Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse return shipping for items ordered incorrectly or no longer wanted.

If you’ve paid for return shipping due to an error on our part, we’ll refund the cost to your original payment method or apply a credit to your account, depending on how you paid.

💳 Refunds

Refunds are typically processed within a few business days of receiving your returned items. Funds will be returned via the same method used for the original payment:

Debit/credit card payments → refunded to the same card

Account payments → credited to your account

If your payment card has expired, we’ll contact you to arrange an alternative refund method.
