Returns, Exchanges & Cancelations

  • What items cannot be returned for exchange or refund?

    For wearable merchandise, please note; we allow 7 days from receipt of product to make a claim. Returned items which are not in a new or unused condition, will not be credited to your account or refunded. This does not affect your right to return faulty items.*

    Any improper returns activity will be a breach of the Terms of this Agreement.

    For product exchanges and returns:

  • Can I return special‑ordered items?  Items specially ordered at your request may only be returned at the manager’s discretion.*

  • Are custom or modified items refundable?  No. Orders or any items that have been altered are non‑refundable.*

  • What about products with hygiene concerns (like earphones or clothing)?  These can only be returned if the packaging is factory sealed and unopened.*

  • Can I return software or licensed products?

    Physical software and licensed items may only be returned if the packaging is unopened and untampered.*

    Digital software licenses cannot be refunded once the license key has been registered or applied.*

  • What if my item is damaged or missing packaging? 

    We reserve the right to issue only a partial refund if goods are damaged, devalued, used beyond reasonable wear, or missing original content/packaging.*

    How long do I have to return an item? 

    The return period begins on the date your order is originally received.*

  • Who pays for return shipping?  Unless your item is faulty, you’ll be responsible for any delivery costs associated with your return or exchange.*

  • How much does a courier collection cost?

    Standard UK collections: typically £20-£25 per parcel.*

    Heavy/bulky items (e.g. pianos) or overseas returns: costs may be significantly higher.*

  • What happens if the courier can’t collect my item?  If a collection attempt fails and needs to be rebooked, an additional collection cost fees will be applied.*

  • Can I arrange my own return shipping?  Yes, you’re welcome to use your own delivery method. Please ensure that any returned goods are tracked and insured. In addition, please make sure that you contact us first so we can provide the necessary returns documentation.*
